By accessing or using Free Simple Online Forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Service Description
We provide a free, no-login online form builder. Our service generates unique URLs for forms that strictly adhere to WCAG 2.2 AA standards. To maintain server health and user privacy, all forms automatically expire and are deleted 30 days after creation.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our platform responsibly. You may not use our forms to:
- Collect highly sensitive information (e.g., credit card numbers, passwords, government IDs).
- Distribute spam, malware, or phishing links.
- Harass, abuse, or collect data illegally from individuals.
- Host content that violates any local, state, or international laws.
We reserve the right to immediately disable and delete any form that violates these rules without prior notice.
No Account, No Recovery
Because our service does not require an account, form ownership is tied to the unique management link generated at creation. If you lose your management link, we cannot recover your form or its data for you. Please save your links securely.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for 100% uptime and data security, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any lost data resulting from the 30-day expiration, lost links, or server interruptions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
